Show Basic Instructions For:
Outlook (Windows Desktop):
File → Options → Mail → Signatures…
Click New, name your signature, click OK.
In the editor, right‑click (or Ctrl + V) to paste your rendered HTML.
Under “Choose default signature”, assign it to your account, click OK.
Outlook on the Web (Office 365):
Go to outlook.office.com → Settings (⚙️) → View all Outlook settings.
Mail → Compose and reply → Email signature.
Place cursor in the box and paste (Ctrl + V) your rendered HTML.
Click Save.
iOSÂ Mail (iPhone/iPad):
Settings → Mail → Signature.
Select the account, tap and hold in the box, then choose Paste.
Back out of Settings to save automatically.
This button copies the exact source HTML for your signature, unaltered by your browser.

Microsoft products sometimes convert line breaks to paragraphs, making your signature look double-spaced. If this happens, you can:
Use Shift+Enter in your visual editor to replace paragraph lines with single line breaks
Manually , CTRL+C, then try pasting again
Show Basic Instructions For:
Outlook (Windows Plain Text):
File → Options → Mail → Signatures…
New signature → paste plain text into editor → OK.
Assign as your plain-text signature.
Outlook 365 Plain Text:
Click the gear icon (⚙) → View all Outlook settings.
Mail → Compose and reply.
Scroll to “Email signature.”
Paste the plain text into the editor.
Click Save at the bottom.
iOSÂ Mail Plain Text:
Settings → Mail → Signature.
Tap signature box → Paste plain text → Back to save.
